Amazing ISP, I got the connection in december 2014 and it has been amazing 10 months since with only 2-3 times, the service has been down which is very normal and was promptly resolved within the alloted timeframe, though initially the 20 mbps promised speed was close to 14-15 mbps practically but now it has reduced down to 8-10 mbps, that’s the only issue.
Otherwise in terms of reliability and customer service it is second to none, I would say even better than AIRTEL(the so called best in the market) when compared with it on many aspects like speed, cost, reliability etc ., plans available at the BEST rates, only competitor, I think is DEN BOOM BAND which is another new entry in market.
So I am very happy that I switched to spectranet from the Worst ISP in Delhi NCR i.e. MTNL
