Last Year I have shifted my Internet provider from Airtel to Spectranet. In Feb 2014 I have received a call from there team that if I pay 6 month in advance I will get some extra benefits and there agent started calling me everyday to go for 6 month advance plan. I have paid 7232 and opted there 6 months advance plan as the person is chasing me like anything.
Last month I have moved my house and informed all my service providers including Spectranet to shift my connection and they assured me that connection will be shifted on 30th April. I have called them on 29th April to check when it will shift they have informed me that there is no feasibility at my new address and they can not provide services.
I have told them nobody has informed me about this when I submitted my request for relocation. I have told them that I have gave you 6 months rent in advance and still 3 months subscription is with them and executive told me that somebody will call me and will explain the procedure of refund.
Since then I am chasing these guys and spoke to almost all of them including 2 supervisors Yogesh Sharma and Sandeep and I have not received any response from their side every time I call them I receive a standard answer that somebody will call me. Its almost a month and I have not received any response form Spectranet about my refund.
My biggest mistake was changing my service provider from Airtel to Spectranet. Worst experience I ever had. I think Mr. Udit Malhotra (CEO, Spectranet) should see my views.
