Pathetic organization! They would start sending you work even while you are serving a notice period with your former employer and they expect you to meet deadlines on that work. This is not only unethical but ILLEGAL.
One of their COO’s is a mentally immature person. All he understands in Excel Sheet. If you are sending 10 Excel Sheets(reporting even the number of times you sneezed) a week, you are a hero. They treat their employees and workforce as commodities.
The staff at Hyderabad can’t even speak proper English. On top of that, they have tremendous level of arrogance. Don’t fall into their trap.
This is an organization which runs just on the whims and fancies of a particular person. Their recruiters are given a target of 50 calls per day.
