Someday before I think to install broadband connection service in my home but I am confused to install which broadband connection service because I have no idea which broadband connection services is given best internet service to its coustomer this time someone is to advised to me to install only spectranet Ltd so I am decided to install this broadband connection but aafter install this servicess or aafter 1month used this service I wass realised this spectranet broadband connection services is not given satisfaction to me or also I faced to many problems during used this broadband connection so I tell or share my bad reference related to this spectranet connection or also I tell which problems I have faced during used this broadband connection service
( 1) I dont like this Spectranet Ltd broadband connection service because aafter installation they have demands more hidden charges of 650rs extra which is not say before installation but I have givened
( 2) I dont like this spectranet services because its not provided fadter net service to me
( 3) I dont like this net service because its not provided continues net service to me its some time given error of tower problem so I called and complaints to spectranet customers care but persion is to say waite for 1day but now 5day completed but problems is not soutout
( 4) I dont like this service because I dont liked answer of spectranet coustomers care person which is given answer so rudely and shoutly to me
( 5) I dont like service because I dont like thair some hidden terms and conditions or hidden some charge
So fainally I adviced to all first research than install any services ok other wise its your choices to installed any service which suitable you ok. .
