Spectro Jel Skin Cleanser is a dermatologist recommended soap free cleanser. It is made by the GlazoSmithKline company, which also makes Aquafresh toothpaste. I have combination skin, which means that my face can get really oily, but also really dry at times. I also have a few body piercings and my piercer told me to use this stuff.
This cleanser comes in a 250 mL bottle or a 500 mL pump bottle. The design of this stuff is very simple, mostly white with a little blue. It comes in a few formulas, there are dry sensitive skin, sensitive problem prone skin with no fragrance and the one I use, sensitive problem prone skin with a little fragrance. You can barely smell this cleanser, which is good for people who have sensitive skin.
This cleanser, being soap free, does not lather. You put a little on your face while it is wet and gently rub the skin and then rinse. Then your skin feels very clean and soft.
Their slogan is’’for healthy looking skin you can see and feel’’. I agree! This cleanser makes my skin soft and is slowly getting rid of my blemishes, and slowly improving my skin.
If you like cleansers that have a rich lather, this one is not for you. If you have sensitive skin with blemishes, try Spectro Jel. I did and I will never change my cleanser again.
