This is my first ever review about any service and the reason I am compelled to post is because I really don’t want anyone to be fooled ever by opting for their service.
Little did I know when I opted for their service for moving my household goods from Gurgaon to Mumbai at end Dec 2017, that I was signing up for the most harrowing experience. First of all, the price charged by them was agreed between me and owner Vipin at 28000/- inclusive of GST. Then most shipment, I got an invoice for 29k+ GST(about 36220) . When I confronted Vipin, he agreed that 28000/- was inclusive of GST and then he took a guy names Satyawan in call who threatened me and said that he wont deliver my goods if I did not pay the additional amount. After that Vipin guy called me again and said that the additional amount was not for GST but for insurance and some additional baggage.
However, the receipt which I got from them during dispatch clearly mentioned that 20 k towards household goods movement was paid for while 8 k towards car was pending. I still agreed to pay 3 k additional that is total 28+ 3 additional for insurance but due to limitation on first transaction on new beneficiary I could transfer only 10 k of the balance 11k post which I mailed and messaged this guy Vipin that 1 k was pending and he should advise on whether I should transfer in the same account or some other. He never reverted and there was a radio silence at his end despite SMS, WhatsApp and mail communication. Then I asked one of my friends to call him as Vipin(the owner) stopped picking up my call. He committed on the delivery date on 15th Jan and when my friend called him to confirm from a third number, he picked up and confirmed that it will be delivered on 14th itself.
We kept waiting for someone to call but no one called and then again when we called him he said no one was there hence delivery will happen next day .i.e on 15th Jan. However, when I called him at 11 am on 15th he did not take my call or respond to my messages and when I called his customer care number given on invoice, the guy informed that the material was still in transit and will be delivered on 17th evening. Again on a 17th evening when I called them, they made the commitment for 18th evening - Vipin still refused to take my call or respond to any messages. Finally post lot of fights my material was delivered on 20th night at 10:30 pm where my refrigerator was delivered in dented condition, wheels of my washing machine were broken, my cylinder and other stuff lost and to add insult to injury the transporter refused to unload my material unless I paid balance 4500 which I had to pay as I needed my material badly.
To sum it up -
a) I chose them because they were cheaper than the other two quotes and assured good service, however, in the end, ended up paying higher with them
2) They are a bunch of goons who don’t know how to talk to customers and threatened time and again. Satyawan and some guy Amit went on to the extent of threatening that they won’t give my goods.
3) Damaged my goods and lost my articles and never gave me the insurance copy despite claiming that they were taking insurance
4) Charging GST at 18% on the entire invoice value which is incorrect
5) Giving a kuccha bill with no GST details
6) Delivery of goods on the 22nd day of booking when they claim they deliver within 6 days. One guy Amit in Mumbai who also claimed to be another owner even said that I cant go to consumer forum as behind their LR copy, they mention that they are obliged to deliver within 45 days, however, this is something that needs to mentioned in quote and also a duly signed copy from the customer should be taken acknowledging that the customer is ok with the clause. I never got the copy of the document not was ever communicated this orally. To add to this, even the invoice I only received an image in WhatsApp and unfortunately, don’t have the x-ray eyes to read the text written on the back of a digital image.
7) and worst of it all, the owner Vipin who has no control over his business and team and chickens out of responsibility.
The only silver lining was the car which was delivered in one piece. However, there is the strong stench of bidi inside the car which makes me wonder if it was driven across or got in a trailer but given my experience with household goods, I am not complaining as I shudder to think that what could have gone wrong this set of unprofessional guys with my car too.
I will strongly urge people to not opt for their services. They are neither cheap nor professional and cause damage to your goods without any recourse.
