The staff are not co operative and insist you to move on to another billing desk.where you are again prompted to move to another.this is not an one time experience.very bad service and staff who laugh at your back and are preoccupied with themselves. Many items have no prices and the cashier makes you wait for anything up to 10-20 min to bill some items.
Except for few staff who help you to select items, many make it a horrifying experience. Do not waste your time visiting Spenser’s in Vijayawada. I have been a regular customer for past three years but do not think they give a damn about regular customers.
