Myself Chaitali and today I am going to discuss about my personal experience regarding the " SPHERE AUDI DRY IRON ", Which I bot one week ago.
First things first, As soon as I opened the box pack I saw the only the iron was inside. No attachments like water spry, Iron cleaner, User guide and Long extension cable was there with the Iron. So its little difficult for the new users to understand the features of this iron and the different modes of this iron. Now the first thing which I saw was the look for the iron which is very basic and simple. It comes with only one color and that is white, no other option are available. The styling is very old and it looks like an old Manuel iron. No graphics work or design was their for attractive looks. So its very very basic and the electric cord is not very long. So you need to use the extension cord.
Now the size of this iron is big, It weights almost 1.3 kgs, which makes this iron less handy. You can’t carry this for a long. Due to of this extra weight this iron is less user friendly. The buttons and the knobs on the iron body is not very high quality and you need to be very careful while using them. So the user friendliness and the handling is not so good with this product. The plastic quality used for making this iron is very very simple an d poor quality. If you put your fingers forcefully the plastic body bends and make sound like it will break, So you need to be careful otherwise the iron will break. There is only three modes in this iron, Such as COTTON, WOOLEN and JEANS. Thats it, So you don’t have the chance to iron other type of cloth. The support is limited and the modes are very basic and simple. It does not even change the temperature very high or low. It does not have the steamer so you need to set the cloths before pressing as it is a dry iron. So less features and high price. The price is 1, 199 rupees which is very high for a iron like this.
Now the main part, The electric consumption of this iron is very high, it is not even a two star product and it takes a lot of electricity to get hot, It takes ten minutes minimum to get hot, and it don’t even have an auto power mode, so you need to switch on and switch off the iron every time. So if you are looking to buy a economic iron then this is not for you.
The service is very bad, While purchasing they said it takes less then one hour to solve an issue for their engineers but after purchase as there was no user guide I called them up, but I tried seven times but no one Faizabad. I email them but no answer came, So the customer service is very bad, They treat badly and no loyalty is shown by them. Then again I tried to contact them and after three days I got one of the customer service mAnasultanger, But he does not even helped me and said all the information is in the company website. I should have downloaded the user guide for all the questions.
So over all the looks and the design is very bad, The durability is almost nil. Handiness is not their, Its not at all handy, Customer service is very bad. So I will give this iron zero out of ten and I will not recommend you to buy this iron at any cost, its total waste of money and time. try other good brands. Don’t be fool like me.
