Right since I began working for this company, one thing they have asked me to get work done. And all of that with an efficiency of 90%
In the beginning I thought getting that kind of efficiency in the work is not much of a problem no matter what. As I have been glued to the systems since a decade. How difficult can it be at the most? Just needed a hang of it in the first place. So the first day work was a bit difficult and slowly and steadily picked my pace by the end of second day.
By the 6th day I was able to wrap it up and drafted a mail the same day and sent it to them. I did that in a day’s time less than what they asked. On the other hand simply they mailed with something not so good in it. On the contrary I was said to be guilty of doing the work in a hurried manner. This was very heart breaking and also the company executive said the accuracy landed just 65-70 percent which is less than what is asked.
After this I said I don’t wish to continue to which they replied I cant. Now I need to pay up a fine of 11800 for God knows what reason. This is not what I signed up for. Just to get rid of it I paid it later they said just because of paying the fine late they have gone legal against me. Now they are asking for 28000 for letting go of the case and taking the FIR back.
What kind of fraud is this? This needs to stop and the authorities really need to take a look at it. Please stay away from such companies and save yourself from mental stress and torture.
