Hi friends I want to share my experience about sphere supreme dry iron box. the design is looking good and the colors are good. we are using this iron box from last 5months. we asked about the features and we asked them how to use this product they told us by listening we thought it was good . first two months we used it it was good without complaints later on the iron box would not smooth the wrinkles on the clothes properly. the cost of this iron box is reasonable ony but the smoothening the clothes is not proper. one day we got the smell like wire melting from the iron box so suddenly we switch off the iron box. after some time 5to 10mints its ok later on again same smell its coming. we told to the customer care to exchange the product till now they didnot exchange it. once the surface of the iron box it became black melted. when we are doing the iron that black melted was sticking to the clothes my 2 to 3 dresses are spoiled because of it. iam not at all satisfied with this product DONOT GO FOR IT.
