We recently went on a tour(done by women travel group-wow) to Ladakh and stayed at Spic n Span for 5 days.
Pros
Hotel looks good from outside.
Some of the rooms are good.Spacious wth good views.
Food was decent though they didnt hav a single item tht was local cuisine.

Approach road is really bad.(Must be its the time we visited and its better noe.Hope so)
Some of the rooms are really small.Didnt even hav enough plug points to charge the fone or camera.
Some of the roons face the dusty road.Who wants to stay in leh and see a dusty road as view from room.?
Staff was really arrogant and unfriendly.Very bad customer service.
Housekeeping comes to clean even wen rooms are occupied.If u dontanswer the bell u wil be shocked to see people enter the room for cleaning.heater maintenance, etc.
