I bought this phone as soon as it was launched due to nice feature of using CDMA / GSM & GSM cards.
I started using it with only 1 card cdma. However my nightmare started when I inserted second card GSM. The phone started behaving strangely. CDMA card which worked very well with only 1 card started showing "Searching" frequently & GSM card also shows "Searching" but not to that extent.
Second problem I am facing is that the phone is automatically switched off. We have press start button to restart it.
Third problem is that it automatically switches off & starts.
One can understand my problem that I have purchased this phone as I don’t have to carry 2 mobiles at a time and you are out of reach despite of having 2 mobile numbers. I tried to contact Customer Care of Spice & after prolonged time & after several reminders my complain was attended. I was asked to give my phone for services. I was told that it will take 15~20 days for repairing (Brand new phone - never expected this). However my phone was returned within 1 week.
Still the problem is persistent & despite of my several dozen reminders, the company is NOT responding to my
problem. I am worried that if times passes, the company will tell that now their warranty period is OVER !
