I had a Pathetic experience with spice kraft as on 13.10.2021. There was a very rude behaviour by resturant manager Mr. Somnath. I hope most of the reviews are fake. We were going there on the basis of reviews and we had a very pathetic experience. Restaurant manager Mr. Somnath is so much inhuman that we had to leave the resturant without taking the dinner after having 2 hrs in the queue. Please ignore their fake good reviews that was uploaded in google ( as per my view) , I also want to say to the owner that , kindly terminate the restaurant manager Mr. Somnath first, he himself is well enough to ruin your business. Not even offering a glass of water after 30 minutes. Not even clean the tissue although requested him several times.

I repeatedly asked to give the owner’s no. They were not providing me. If owner contact me I shall be highly greatful. Resturant manager just threatened me and humiliated me. He was not have the qualifications to have in the hospitality kindly take a strong step in this regard and easily can contact me at my mail id. Good reviews don’t give you the licence to treat the customers inhumanly. Hope this review will reach to the owner and he would take a proper step in this regard.
