This product sound is good but battery backup is not good and yes you can easily operate this phone. Style & design is good. Price is low and lots of feature available in this phone. Reliability & durability is not good because I am using this phone and I face also mobile hanging problem but when I call to customer number not connect and other number was does not exist even I search service center address and service center address is also fake. Yes this product is value for money but spice company services is not good. So I not like this company.
