I have purchased a mobile from spice model no. As above in the month of july 2015. But after 6 month the camera of same mobile is blur. I have submitted the mobile for repairing on 01.04.2016 to authorized service centre name a. R. Telecom shop no. B-6 basement rajendra tower, dampier nagar, mathura with service request no. 24101117g40007. The service centre assure to me expected delivery within two week. But now one and half monter hs already passed I don’t received my phone duly repaired till to date.In this matter I have chase my times to service centre and toll free no. And registered a complaint no. [protected]. But the company and service centre not take me serious and I think I lost my phone. Kindly take sympathetic action in my case and oblige.
