Hi, I bought this piece of shi t 7 days back and it started hanging after a couple of days. Now after making a call the screen becomes unresponsive and I need to remove the batter to disconnect the call. Apart from this the hardware is poor and the Dual sims do not work properly. The master SIM losses signal half the time. I took it to hotspot and they refused to replace it with a new phone, they refused and sent me to the service center. They also could not fix it and asked me to take it back to the hotspot and get a replacement. Again I went to the hotspot and dropped the phone there.
2 hours later, I got a call that there was a scratch on the side of the device, I think it must be the keys in my pocket and because of that the phone will not be replaced. They will now send it for repair.This is the second spice phone that I bought and is defective. The other one was MI500 that has issue for reboots after every hour or 2.
I did the mistake of buying SPICE twice. But I would now never again buy that brand again in my life and since they make cheap quality products that are not tested I would warn everyone to stay away from SPICE.
