I had purchased spice phablet after spending INR 7000.
Product was delivered on time; as mentioned it was new product; after that everything went wrong.
Phone volume and speaker quality is worse than INR 700 phone; video calling does not function; it gives a loud shrieking sound.
I tried to contact the representative; twice was given wrong spice helpline number.Spice Service center not available in Chandigarh.
