It is the worst mobile I’ve ever used. I, somehow managed to use it for 7 months and at last it got damaged fully.
I bought this product from homeshop18 at 5000. But in, nearly, 10 days many of its features like camera, mike, speaker got corrupted. I called the customer center as it was under warranty period. I went to the customer care but it took them 10 days to tell me that, "it can’t get fixed in here, it has to be sent at the spice center which is at Mumbai". I took the mobile, came home and went to local mobile stores.
There they told me that it will cost me around 1K. I agreed and let them fixed but after few days it again got damaged. battery stops working, connecting coil of mobile also get damaged. Again I approached to customer center and there they told me that it’s a physical damage which can’t be fixed under warranty period. I left my mobile there and walks out of there. I strongly opposed spice mobile and if you are planning to buy one, I would say please go for another brand but not spice.
