After a commitment by your customer care team that I would receive my handset within 15-20days, I handed my MI 509 for replacement of touch .(same is available on voice recording)
Since I had faced similar problem during the repair earlier, I took their commitment for delivery of handset within 20 days.
Accordingly the handset was handed to service centre on 19th January 2015.
On 11th March, I have been told that the handset is not ready due to non availability of parts(touch screen).
How long does the company expect me to wait for the handset.
When contacting the customer care team, I got the casual response that I would be getting a call within 48 hours.
Why the 48 hours? Your call center representative, after plenty of requests accepted to get me connected to a senior representative, only to find that the “so called senior “ lady said that she is from Railway enquirey. You may yourself hear the recorded call, wherein the lady clearely refused to be of spice mobility. I request you to kindly hear the call for confirmation.
Last but not the least, I now request you to kindly solve my issue at the earliest. I expect a call from your side else I would be forced to go legal as well as post my remarks on face book.
How long you want to test my patience . Iam shocked that the Spice company is unable to complete its handset & deliver to the customer.
It seems as if Spice is doing a favour on me my repairing the handset even on chargable basis.
