Delay in issuing refund.

Very poor customer service. Booked ticket on Feb 2 on their website and had to cancel it on the same day. Till date March 2, 2014 did not receive refund.


When I called up they said that since I made cancellation online they put refund on hold.


They did not have any issue in charging my card when I booked ticket online, but had issue for giving my money back.


The worst is that they do not have toll free number with this big aviation company. Please beware, make sure you do not reply on them.
