Spicejet is one of the cheepest Airlines which provide good services to its customers but I do not think so because of my experience.
Condition of the Flight:
Condition of the flight is very good from inside the windows are neately cleaned so you can see outside very clearly the seats are well cushiony and comfortable the floor of the flight was also very clean the A.C was also in very good condition.
Food and Beverages:
This is the place where I felt a little disappointed the taste of the food was average and I felt like the food is rotten because a bad smell was coming from the food and the quantity of the food was very less. Spicejet should increase thier quantity of the food and taste also.
Behaviour of the Staff:
The staff was good in behaviour except some of the staff members were not good in behavioir because. There was a patch of in the floor and I told them to clean it and they said they will clean it but they didn’t did it till the end of the journey.
Reccomodation:
I would not reccomend spicejet to anyone because the service is not good, taste of food is also not so good and the quantity of food is very less.
