I have been traveling with Spice jet for couple of years. Now, the services have degraded so much that I am forced to change my preference of Domestic Airline. My views are not based on 1 incident. There have been repeated incidents. The flights are getting delayed by more than 4 hours. Incase you call the customer care, the response is not conclusive as they themselves are not aware when will the flight finally takeoff.
I am really surprised with the attitude of the flight senior management, means when other Airlines are becoming punctual and these guys are going bad to worse. The services are dismal. Just imagine you are waiting since 3:00 PM to board a flight of 5:10 PM and I am writing this review at 7:52 PM. New time of departure is 9:45 PM. I called up the customer care to know more and I was surprised to know that they don’t know more than me which is the time of departure.
I would like to advice people not to travel by Spice jet, as they don’t deserve to be in business.
