Poor airline I ever experience
If you are looking for a cheap airlines without your personal respect this air line is for you.Every body critise the Air deccan but I think Deccan is 100 times better to travel.This air lines makes unfare money, lack of city networks in india, timings of departure is too odd to travel.
Actaully I want to travel hyderbad of some reason this is not my frequently traveling destination so due to lack of un-availablity of my preferences flight I book spicejet ticket.but due to some reason my trip got canceled and I canceled the ticket but my money got junk so 1 year or u can say that my money got lost forever if I am not travelling to locations offered by Spice jet.
I say if u don’t have enough city network then you should return back passengers money after cancalation but there possible is not to cancel tickets and person can use the left canceled amount in next flight upto 1 year of time, eventhough they don’t have flight for the city which u frequently travel. And the staff of these airline in ticket counters have soo much attitute that we cann’t see in expensive airlines also.
Really it you are planning to go in Spice jet think twice my advice..
