I am a Software Engineer working in Bangalore.
I have booked a flight on SpiceJet from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 15 Oct 2006 early morning. When I reached the SpiceJet counter at the hyderabad airport I was told that my ticket is not valid for that flight as there was some problem in timings of the flight on the ticket. More over I was told I will not get the money back too. The people at the counter are very rude and donot even show any curtesy to the passengers.
An other time I have traveled by SpiceJet from Pune to Bangalore on 31 Mar 2006. The airhostess refused to give a second bottle of water. This cheap airline need not try to save money atleast on water if not the other luxuries.
A very bad airline which is chep on their service but not on the prices. Still anybody wants to travel by this airline, be prepared to carry their own water and carefully check the details of the ticket.
