Delays are a regular feature of spicejet but thats understandable in such a competitive environment. But when I saw the hostess shout at a guest yesterday, I was surprised. This was on my flight from baghdogra to Kolkata. The lavatory was to be cleaned but the guest had to rush. And she shouted at him. I asked her what happened& she had an equally high decibel complaint. Shouting in an aircraft is not pardonable. She should know how to handle the issue. Neither of the hostesses were smiling too! Shows that the airline falls short in training.
