They lost my luggage and refused to help

To be fair, the flying experience with Spicejet was quite comfortable, but they need to take care of their systems.


Spicejet lost an item of my luggage. Just as I left the airport after disembarking, they called to tell me they had found it asked me to pick it up. I told them to send it to my address. It never came. Everytime I called or emailed after that, I was assured they would help me. Ultimately, after about 4 times this happened and 15 days after my flight, I blew my top and asked to speak to a customer service relations supervisor.. a certain Mr Sachin Awal. To my dismay, none of the people I had spoken to had ever noted down my complaint! Nor did they have any record of my complaint by email.


So, after a lot of shouting, I told them I’m going to sue them. A day after that, they sent a terse email apologising for the loss. I for one am never flying Spicejet again if I have luggage with me. Actually, I’ll never fly with them anyway because they’re so damn unhelpful.
