Spicejet announced a couple of days before my parents were to travel that they are postponing the flight from 7:50 PM to 5:20 AM.
This would be a torture for mt parents, so I tried reaching the contact numbers to cancel the ticket or try another alternative. The phone call wasn’t answered for an hour! I tried both the numbers.
Pathetic. Avoidable. Zero customer service. Stay away guys!
