This is the most irresponsible and non-reliable airlines in India. Flight from Goa to Mumbai is delayed by several hours today and there is no help from the airlines. Their staff is not even trained to handle the situation & on asking if there is any guarantee that the flight will fly at all from Goa or not the guy attending at the desk says "I dont know if I will work next month here or not so how can I assure that the flight will fly or not" Pathetic. will never fly on spicejet again. am surprised at the service specially when its the time when people are flying back from goafest one of the attractions of Goa at this time of the year
