Discrimination-Wait for Water Regular Checkin Cust

I had traveled to and from from Mumbai to Chennai on 11 April 2013. I had selected  Spicejet as recalled some newspaper reviews about its punctuality etc. My experience while travelling from Mumbai to Chennai was quite good in the morning. However, while returning the same day I had a horrifying experience. While mine was a corporate booking during my return journey - I requested the cabin crew to please give me bottled water as part of the dinner I had booked. I was horrified to hear her response "Sir, we do not have bottled water now. We are serving fruit juices to corporate booking customers only." When I pointed out that my ticket was booked as a corporate booking and I did get the same during my morning flight, I was told that in her list its a "Regular Customer". When I said "ok." "So please serve me water." I was told "Sir, we are serving food and quite busy so please wait." While I do not understand what processes and procedure she was following to server corporate customers i.e she was walking to-and-fro to serve juices to them and even to the passenger next to me. She did not have time to serve water.


Friends, so just beware from this airline, as you may die for lack of water and discriminating services.
