I was a spicejet loyal until recently. I booked my flight from Hyderabad to Baghdogra via Calcutta early in August for my honeymoon in November.
3 days before the flight - I received an email from these guys informing me that the flight would be delayed by a couple of hours. 2 hours after the email, I received another email stating that the flight has been cancelled!
On inquiring with the support team, they bluntly told me that there were no other flights available for the same day. I somehow managed to rebook my itinerary to Baghdogra via Delhi on the same day - and the best was yet to come. I received an email at around 11pm the previous night of my flight saying that my connecting flight from Delhi would be delayed because the aircraft hit an animal on the Surat runway:P
SpiceJet - you almost screwed up my honeymoon . you shall not be forgiven that easily.
