Who else is better!! I were to go to Hyderabad and I was booked on Sahara flight, it was a morning flight and my husband was driving me to the airport. The car had a flat tyre in the middle of the western express highway. Mumbaites will know this better that in the morning, working day, people dont have time to comb their hair, who will help someone to fix the tyre. any how, we reached the airport just exactly 30 minutes before the departure time, sahara employee on the counter just refused to even listen to me, in fact he told me there is already a group of guys standing and stranded because they are late. I just fail to understand I was 30 minutes late, the group would have reached the airport atleast few minutes before me, Sahara refused to take them as well.
Do these guys earn their revenue like this by taking cancellation fee from the pax and selling the paxs seat to some other passenger. This is ridiculous and no way to treat a customer/ passenger
