I travelled by flight no. 217 from Pune to Bangalore on 5-7-06 by Spice jet .
The service was very poor.
1) I was the first person to checkin on the counter, but I was allotted last seat in the plane. True, I have not given any seat preference, but it does not mean alloting seats from last seat. On the contrary, the first person should be given the best available seats, It shows their unfriendliness.
2) Though the flight was delayed by 5 hours and we were stranded on Pune airport, no refreshment was served. The airport canteen was running out of stock and there were small children. On the contrary, Jet airways, promptly arranged snacks for it’s passengers.
3) The staff was mostly clueless and helpless.They were not in position to assure passengers that if the flight is cancelled, they will absorb the passsengers in next days flight.
4) In the plane, I was shocked to see that only peanuts were served to hungry passengers.That also the airhostess was relunctant to serve everybody, She was asking everybody from a distance and the attitude was better not to take it.
5) Spice jet cancellation and date change rules are most ruthless compared to other airways.
They don’t assure any assistance to passenger in case of flight cancellation
I am totally disappointed by their poor service and unfriendly attitude towards passengers, I will try to avoid travelling by Spice Jet in future.
