I am in US, California. I have ATT mobile connection. I am not able to understand why is your vrs not able to recognize my inputs. It works fine with all other services in India. I am trying to reach you guys to book a group ticket and all agent they keep on saying their name and how can I help you but they cant hear me and my call is diverted to some loop of agent input request. Its frustrating.
Hope you your fleet dont suffer such miss handled treatment. Now I doubt how safe are they. Anyways I am trying to book some tickets but my master card is getting denied on your site. I called my bank and they said its works fine. Its something at your end.
And when I tried to send a feedback/suggestion your site crashed. Technology wise I think you people are way over worked up. I hope your air fleet are safe. Aviation is my hobby and I am a pilot. I have seen many clubs, operating fleet. Lot of Asian clubs dont follow rules properly and they are dangerous to fly with.
Air crash investigation history is proof that most of the fleet who are managed in such a bad way are not safe to fly...
