Recently I flew to Pune from Bangalore by Spicejet and the first impression was pretty good .
I was looking for a low cost airline and having heard the horror stories of delays, service, et al of Air Deccan, I decided to look around for options. Kingfisher was out of my budget and the rest didnt really measure up! Surprisingly I found a low price for this flight and booked it at once.
On checking in at the Bangalore Airport, I was pleasantly surprised by the neat and efficient ground staff who welcomed each passenger with a smile. The airline crew inflight were professional but friendly and the flight itself was smooth with no delays either ways.
We were served cookies, water bottle (which you can ask for more since it is a tiny one) and sweets. For a budget airline, I guess this was better than the other ones who peddle their food!
All in all, a very good experience for a first time LCC traveller. Instead of spending the same amount on 2nd Class AC in a train and then wasting more than a day in travelling, this was a much better option. Keep it up guys :))))))))
