During my last flight from mumbai to delhi through SG 158 1800 flight I choose spicejet as it was costing me less but during my I travel I felt regret travelling in that flight because the service was so poor. No staff member offer for water themselves, you have to ask for it and also they don’t have good communication among them. Only the seats and quality of flights is good and not expensive. Also the flight was delay in arrival and departure both for 15-20 minutes so from now for timming I will never trust spicejet. The price of food and snacks is too high so you have to carry stuffs with you.The attendent also tries to loot you by offering the upgradation for spicemash which cost around 50% extra over your tickets. From next time I won’t choose spicejet if the services remains the same.
