I am very satisfied with the service of Spicejet. The best part the flight runs on time, and I have hardly ever got delayed in Spicejet. The interiors are clean and have decent sitting space. I being a tall guy is able to fit in quite comfortably in the seats.
Though they provide tea/coffee and cookies, which were fairly good, but at it becomes inadequate if you are on a long distance flight. They should introduce more food items even though it means, we need tp pay fot it. The main drawback of this airline, is that it operates are very odd hours of the day.
Though being low cost, we still travel with spicejet, (saves money :-) ), would be better if they can run at more normal hours, like early morning, and evenings. The other drawback is that they only allow 13kgs in bagage, which is very low. They should move it to atleast 20kgs. The sector I usually fly is Bangalore - Ahmedabad. Bangalore-delhi, Bangalore-Mumbai.
