Have to say it was our first time flying with SpiceJet and we weren’t impressed one bit and currently feel that we would fly again with SpiceJet & wouldn’t normally give such a low score or review but feel it’s needed.
The service offer from the crew on our flight was terrible and lacked any personality whatsover they may as well been no crew on the flight as not even a basic hello or good bye sir was used. Another point of shocking service was that we weren’t offered a chance to buy a drink from the trolls service.
The worst part was even basic cabin safty wasn’t carried out and it looked like the crew didn’t want to ask people to put away tray tables are recline seats back to the seated position. Overall in one word - Shocking - SpiceJet should be very disappointed with the service offer in such a flooded market place with budget airlines within India.
