Connectivity + Schedule= Spicejet ?

There are  no announcements made if delays are there in departure. In smaller aircraft you start boarding from seat no 11 on wards but both are sent in the same bus so separate buses to be made available. When


simultaneous bus boarding are happening your staff use hand gesturing there are no boards put on buses for destination.Your cabin crew is very loud so is announcements. For web check in you allow only one baggage this is not right how can my baggage can be criteria for web check in. Call center people need proper training.


Your cabin crew are very reluctant to hand over feedback forms. when booked through travel agent air ticket comes in GIF format It should come in PDF. If not for Connectivity & Schedule I would have switched to other


carriers.


All the above feed back are shared by me regularly .Do Not write back by requiring me to send flight details as every time same story continues.
