I didnt ever imagine this would happen to me. Dont they value their travellers time and energy? I am trying hard to get one call with their customer care for last 48 hrs and I was not able to do so.
They just sent me a flight cancellation message and thats it. Is this the only responsibility of this airline? What about my plan? How will I reach to my destination? Where is my money? Who will answer all of these questions I dont know.
Can I take any legal actions? If yes then how?
