Please refer to my earlier reviews on spice jet. excited I was on getting a round trip ticket for two at Rs. 3.96 - Delhi Srinagar. plus the airport tax and surcharges as usual making it to around 5000/- for four tickets. but ofcourse airport tax is always additional on basic fare charges.
but many of my mouthshut friend rubbished my excitement with their - don’t judge before you actually travel- attitude! so taking their words I write this after I have had a fabulous experience with Spice.
since this was my first time with no frill airways- I did expect that moments after the take off, a trolley will roll over to me with the hostess asking- would you please like to have anything sir! oh how very Third Tier AC Railway Feel! but surprise nothing of this sort happened I was greeted with warm smile and after few minute bottle of water came rolling in one after another- you can gulp as many as you want - the hostess will not frown if you ask for more!
and you will have cookies rolling in too! this too- one after another- don’t know why it was served for more than 4-5 times- something to munch during the journey. no trolleys rolling in for you to buy!
just curteous smile with warmth of friendly services. and I thought in my mind all this for just Rs. 3.96 paise! kewl
and did I forget to mention the flight was right on time both ways- so punctual services too!
so now friends you can take my words- spice jet hit hai, just at 99 paise!
