I had a very bad experience with Spicejet. I had booked my tickets 2 months prior and just 20 days before the journey they messaged me that my flight has been cancelled.
I inquired about any other flight available, 2-3 days prior to that day but they denied. I asked them regarding cancellation so they said they will deduct total 2000 rs for each flight (round trip).
that’s disgusting! As it was their fault, so they should refund the whole amount.
