The procedure of booking this air ticket was just as any other, with regular disclaimer and terms-conditions. Only later while checking in had I been informed by the women at the counter what a dreadful ticket that was. Yes, there was no check-in baggage allowed on the ticket.
They told that it was mentioned on the site while booking even though it wasn’t. Even after talking to them and trying to explain the absence of the baggage condition for over 30 minutes, they only shook their heads without even showing where this condition exactly was on their site.
Where 15kgs should have been allowed I was made to pay for my entire baggage. This was one experience which I will never forget and which will make sure that I tell all my family members and friends NEVER to travel with Spice-Jet.
