I along with my wife travelled from Delhi to Bangalore on 1st June afternoon and again from Bangalore to Delhi on 14th evening. I would like to place on record my deep appreciation to the Airline for the excellent service both on board as well as on ground. Though this is the first time I trvelled by Spicejet, I had to give a rethink to the impressions that I had gathered from my friends which was not very encouraging. While the flight was slightly delayed on outward journey (nothing to be mentioned comparing the delays I have encountered in other flights) the return flight took off on dot. However, I would like to give a suggestion that they should make arrangements for tea/coffee and snacks, at least in long duration flights, may be against payment.
Spicejet adds spice to the life of air travelling public. May you scale more and more heights in aviation industry.
