We were booked on the SG3101 flight (PNR IKJ5CG) on 22nd Dec 1250 flight from Chennai to Colombo. When I called the customer service, they claimed a email and sms was sent informing us. I can say with certainty that NOO email or sms was received.
Then the customer service refused to do anything about our flight. After much complaining, the customer service finally agreed to refund our one way flight. I am still awaiting the 8000 + Rs refund for my one way flight. We still have not received the refund. In addition to not listening to the customer they have not acted quickly to do anything about this.
