It’s one of the hopeless airline that I have ever boarded. I would never book my tickets with spicejet .Dont ever book a flight ticket at spice jet. Spice jet re-schedules the time of the flight just 1 day before. I believe it cant be because of technical problem. It is due to some body management want to sell off their operational slot to other airline.
My experience with SG228 from Bangalore to Pune on 31 oct, 2013 was very bad in this regard. These hopeless airline management has rescheduled the flight which supposed to be flying at 8: PM to 9: 30 PM just 1 day before after that the boarding the flight was not on time.
As per the new scheduled time the flight was supposed to reach Pune at 10: 30 PM and the flight landed at 11: 00 PM even after this delay while collecting the luggage this people have the luggage of multiple flights of spice jet on the same belt. By the time I collected my luggage I left airport at 11: 30 PM. I would advise the media to please contact me for show this to people of INDIA.
