I really didnt like the approch of the spice jet. I agree they provide the service in very low cost but I have found that they always delay their flights for an hour which had landed me a problem. As compare to their competitors they are new to the market so they should try to provide proper service which is not upto the mark.
I had a flight from tirupati to hyderabad and from hyderabad to mumbai but as spicejet delayed their flight so I missed my second flight from hyderabad which put me in problem as I had my work in Mumbai it took 2 hrs for spicejet to arrange a ticket for me from hyderabad to mumbai, so such a delay which is not acceptable.
Spicejet and team please make ensure you make your clients happy so that they can travel with Happy using Spicejet
