It took me half an hour to book a ticket online. Buttons won’t work, wrong buttons will get pressed automatically changing your booking if you’re not extremely careful, and you will not even get an email confirmation of your booking automatically. For this you have to call up customer care. They kept me on hold "Your call is important to us" for 15 minutes before anyone picked up the phone at the other end.
The bookings you just made will not even show up when you login to their website.
