I was flying today (28th sept) from delhi to pune with my family when I had to undergo mental torture & rude behaviour from spice jet officers ( Mr Prabesh) to the extent they said fly if u want to or else we dont care.
Issue was related to excess baggage .other people were coolly allowed to carry big suitcases in cabin, when I requested even with folded hands to allow me to reduce my luggage weight by giving back some of it back to my relatives & carry some in cabin I was treated rudely & was forcefuly charged Rs.700/- as I had no other option as I had to board flight.
I was told we are not charging you for infants so no harm in paying for infant luggage.Are they doing this as charity or they are doing that as part of marketing stratergy ..no one forced them to give this offer.
I would strongly recommend to never ever board this pathetic , uncultured airline which on the lines of low airfares have employed people also of sick low category who even dont have basic ethics to talk to customers
I belive very soon their market share from single digit will come down to single decimal point.
I have sent this feedback on their website ..lets hope they atleast revert back.
