Air travellers will soon be able to book tickets on SpiceJet flights from State Bank of India ATMs. In a bid to expand its ticket sales network across the country, SpiceJet Airlines is joining hands with SBI to introduce this service.
’’Travellers will also be able to book tickets on any of our flights from SBI ATMs, ’’ the official said. The move could substantially boost the revenues of the airline as it would open up a a new channel for ticket sales.
We will also introduce a co-branded credit card with SBI. It would provide a host of incentives, including allowing holders to redeem points against our tickets, ’’ a SpiceJet official said.
Even Indian and IDBI is offering e-ticketing facilities where it will allow IDBI customers to use their debit-cum-ATM card at any IDBI ATM and key in their travel details to buy an Indian ticket 24x7
