Too bad for an airline in these days of competition. loads of mishaps and loads of apologies is wat u cn come across in your experience with this airline.
Issues:
-Claims to be the cheapest airlines well go to cleartrip and you can see not at all cheap compared to other airlines.
-Aircraft are stuffy and hot inside( don’t know if they even have AC inside).
-Even a state transport deluxe buses have better seats and seating comfort you can spend 2 hours on a flight and expect to spend 2 more in luggage belt air hostess can be guys (all guys).
-Airbuses are named after spices and as refreshments you get bland stale sand witches or may be so called kathi roll that too you have to pay for them quit heavily I’d say. I still prefer to take my refreshments along in flight.
-Spice oh yeah.very spicy indeed. so over all what should I say, that I wish for other airlines when I think of travelling?
-Yes I do, sometimes timings don’t match and I have no option rather than to waste my 4 - 5 hours again.
I just hope more promising airline just takes over this degenerating airline.
